My fault I guess I ordered a part but it was for the hot water faucet instead of the cold handle. My handyman made it work but now the handle comes forward instead of to the side. Shipping and ordering was good but it would have helped if someone had asked which handle I was ordering for. Thanks for having a good product after 30 years.

Your product is fist rate and the price is exceptional. Shipping was a bit slow. I was ready to give you a call when the order arrived. In this day and age. with amazon the expectation is for “instant” gratification. Not to worry. Id order from you again at the drop of water, er, a hat.

These guys are great! I followed their directions and sent a picture to them of what I had. Very quickly I had a response and save me a ton of work.
