The hot water faucet in my Roman bathtub would not shut off. I searched the internet and found the Harden page on the Chicago Faucet Shoppe web site. I emailed a picture of the bathtub faucet stem and a description of the part. The next day, I received an email back with a link to the correct part. I ordered the part and a few days later the part arrived. I cut the stem to the correct size for my faucet and installed the part. The hot water faucet on my bathtub worked. I am a very happy customer.

The cartridge fits and works as it should.
