Chicago Faucet Shoppe had the exact cartridge I needed for my kitchen faucet. After I described the issue I was having with the faucet, they confirmed that it would be solved by replacing the cartridge. It was. They are very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I highly recommend them.

I had installed KWC shower fixtures back in 1994. The cartridge finally failed. The model was old and KWC no longer makes shower fixtures. However, after sending them a picture of the existing fixture, Chicago Faucet Shoppe found me a replacement cartridge. I ordered it and within about a week I received it and installed it. The shower works well now.
