Your factory replacement cartridge gave me a new faucet. It should as it is a factory unit. I also lifted the housing up after taking the old cartridge out so I could lube the lower (and also the top) "o" ring. Only use silicone lube as you do not want to ruin the "o" ring. I got my tube at a pool supply house. It is for filter rings and threaded parts. Do not lubricate with WD-40 or other oil based lubricants. Works great with lubed rings and a new cartridge.

Being is St. Louis, and Chicago Faucet in Chicago I was a little skeptical on my first purchase. This was my second purchase for a totally different item for a kitchen faucet. Placed a call, spoke with Andrew in customer service. He was great to work with and verified the part i needed for replacement. Honesty haven’t found a supplier in St. Louis like Chicago Faucet Shoppe. Thanks for your help.

Excellent service in identifying the right cartridge for my faucet. Quick delivery. Good price compared to other vendors.

The KWC cartridge works well for a standard tank water heater system. Had normal hot water. Beware if you are installing it to a tankless water heater system with a recirculation pump! Luke warm water only due to mixing of cold water into the hot line. Had to replace entire KWC valve with a new Moen valve. Problem fixed.
