It was easy to find a replacement hose for my 25 year old KWC kitchen faucet on their website. The hose was delivered by FedEx very quickly (I had to pay FedEx shipping fees). The hose was an exact replacement for the original hose. There were no instruction about how to replace the hose, but I found instructions on YouTube for generic hose replacement, and these worked for my job.

The hose I needed for my 24 year old Kitchen faucet is no longer available. This hose worked perfectly! Someone else left a comment that this hose fits. Thanks for posting it!

Needed to replace a hose on a KWC Domo kitchen faucet that was 30 years old. Contacted Chicago Faucet Shoppe and exact replacement was no longer available. I ordered another KWC hose Z.501.997.000 from them and had it successfully installed by a plumber. The service and advise I received was outstanding. Their price was also much better than else where. Chicago faucets were quick to respond to my email with exactly the part I needed to replace my 24 yr old kitchen KWC faucet pullout hose (KWC Z.501.997.000 KITCH PULL-OUT HOSE 59"CHR). The old one was leaking. After all those years, there were no identifiing numbers or markings. I sent them a few pictures. They were a bit more expensive but I couldn't find it elsewhere and they responded quickly. The only negative was that the online ordering made no mention of duty and more taxes. I thought I had paid in full (had a paid in full receipt), and then the shipping company (Fedex) dinged me another $30 on top of what Chicago faucets charged me before they would complete shipping it to me. Maybe CF should use a different shipping company.
