The part did not fit as i was told by the customer service rep and was told that it could not be returned for credit . Disappointing experience! Would appreciate consideration to return the part .

Our KWC Domo Single-Lever Kitchen faucet- swivel spout and pull out spray was held in place by a plastic mounting nut that became stripped after 3 years. Within one day of writing an email their technician looked at my photos and told me what mounting nut to buy in metal. It works perfectly! Thank you for your efficiency and knowledge!
