Hi I was so happy when a google search revealed that a part I could not get in Toronto was available here. I ordered it and had it sent to a relative to bring to Canada. Then I hired a plumber. But the part did not fit. And there is a no return policy. I tried an new search and found the part near Toronto at Amati Bath and it was the correct size. They could not believe That Chicago Faucet sold me the wrong part.

As a homeowner, I have occasionally ordered products from Chicago Faucet Shoppe since 1984. Thier customer sefvice department is excellent.

Attentive, genuinely kind and helpful customer service is increasingly difficult to find these days. If every business treated their customers the way Chicago Faucet Shoppe does, they would be wildly successful. Truly a delight and the definition of taking pride in what they do.

I realize it is clearly stated that all sales are final. I don't know of anyone else with this policy. I will never buy from them again, go with a company that has more flexibility. I doubt this will ever make it to print,
