In late March, our KWC faucet hose broke at the worst possible time – right in the start of the COVID-19 stay-at-home orders. Chicago Faucet Shoppe was extremely helpful in obtaining and then shipping a replacement hose to us. Through no fault of theirs, it took longer than we'd have liked, but we received and installed it, and now we're good-as-new. Thanks!

KWC products are unique in design and cost. Chicago Faucet at least buffered the extreme cost part on this hose replacement. Super quick service as well makes them my favorite online source for hard to find plumbing parts.

Great replacement part. Fits into the old spray head beautifully. We can use the faucet again as designed. Thanks for being there in times of need. Just wish the spray head was of Hansa design.
