I ordered a replacement cartridge to attempt to address the issue with a lack of pressure with my KWC faucet. I had cleared out the hose between the aerator and water supply. I installed the new cartridge, but the problem did not resolve. I sent Chicago Faucet a return for authorization request on Jan. 4, but did not receive any response. I called them today and they said that it was not returnable.
