It's very easy to talk to a real person when calling. Technical help is very responsive via email. Product arrived defective but a warranty claim was quickly submitted and new part was on the way the next day. Prices seem very good too!

I ordered two kitchen faucet spray heads based upon very unclear information provided on the Chicago Faucet Shoppe website. After consultation with the Shoppe's representative, I was able to very easily return the erroneously-ordered items and have new and correct spray heads sent to me. I did have to pay for shipping the incorrect items back to CFS and for shipping the correct items to me, so paid 3 shipping charges. The website should be edited to eliminate misleading information, but otherwise a reasonable experience and good customer service.
