Maria was a great help after I got the wrong part due to mislabeling in the parts catalog. I was able to return the part and get the correct part. The only problem being that I was promised NO restock fee, but got charged anyway. Oh well, such is life.

Almost everything about the experience was great. Unfortunately, being in Canada, the total cost of the part exceeded $380.00 CDN, including exchange and duty, which was extremely painful, considering the original faucet was only 6 years old. I knew what I was getting into when I purchased from Chicago faucets and other than the cost, I was extremely happy with the product and the service.
