Faucet Part
The customer service people are nice to deal with. However, I placed an order in mid February and was told it would take a good 3-6 weeks. After 8 weeks, I called and was told the part was lost by FedX. When I mentioned that I was disappointed that I never heard from "Customer Service" they had no answer except that they would reorder the part. Part arrived after 4.5 months.
