Fit perfectly

I was searching for a replacement for my hard-to-find, European, broken spray fixture. As suggested on the Chicago Faucet Shoppe website, I sent photos of the fixture and asked for help identifying the part number. (I already knew the manufacturer.) CFS completely dropped the ball. Asked for more photos, which I sent, & received no further response. Nor did person identify self. I ended up contacting the manufacturer myself, who identified the part and directed me back to CFS, their U.S. supplier. This time, I ordered over the phone, and got very satisfactory service from Angelina.
