5 stars for the part, even more for Chicago Faucet
I inherited a very expensive kitchen faucet when I moved in to a new apartment. Eventually, the lever stopped working, due to a small plastic part. Chicago Faucet went to great lengths, even writing to Switzerland, to identify and find a replacement part to fix a faucet that stopped being made in 2013. The plastic part was unavailable but Chicago Faucet had a replacement lever. Quick as could be, I received the part. Only $60 to save a $1000 faucet. I plan to buy a back-up in case it happens again in 10 years.
