Re-ordered a plastic KWC faucet part which seems to fail with regularity. Poor design. Anyway, CFS came through when needed with a quick delivery. Good job.

KWC Z.630.274 Insert plastic is a replacement for the original hard plastic part that broke easily, this new replacement is made of stronger material.

The manufacturer was very helpful in trying to get the part, but was unable to. Chicago Faucet Shoppe had the part, shipped it out, and my faucet works again.

A tiny plastic link between the lever and the valve cylinder of a KWC kitchen faucet disintegrated without abuse. I expected apology and free replacement. Only Chicago Faucet Shoppe stocked the flimsy part sure to break again, and took excessive $20. KWC in USA and my plumbing store together invested more than an hour identifying the needed part, with no compensation and no learning. This service isn't sustainable. Should we know to call Chicago Faucet Shoppe, first? I doubt they are now equipped to do the difficult forensics.
