There was a manufacturer’s change to a part I ordered. CFS didn’t just cancel the order or send me something else without my knowledge. They contacted me and left both phone and email messages so I could get back to them and make sure I was getting what I needed. The rep was very friendly and knowledgeable. And she said the updated replacement part was cheaper so they refunded the difference. I would shop here anytime.
