Kohler 1346768-VS Stainless Kitchen Spray Kit

I found the right product by chatting with the Chicago Faucet representative. I t was shipped in a timely fashion and looks great.

Found ChicagoFaucetShoppe.com on line of course, and they didn’t disappoint! Ordering was a breeze and when I pushed purchase it seemed the item was in my hands two, three days later. I will use them again.

I only needed a part for this kit, but Kohler quit selling the part, which I can't blame Chicago Faucet for. So I decided to buy the kit, but the website told me that it was out of stock. I called Customer Service, who said the kit was backordered and it would take about 10 business days to come in plus one week shipping. The kit arrived in about 10 calendar days. I don't know if they did something to rush the shipping by Kohler or if they exaggerated the estimated time of arrival, and I don't really care, because doing without a kitchen sink or faucet is a big pain, and I got the kit about 20 days earlier than I expect. Nobody else had this kit in stock either.
