I have a broken handle on a Kohler shower faucet. I sent pictures of the handle and the faucet to your tech team to see if your firm might have a replacement. Your tech group sent me a link to the above referenced handle and told me it would fit my faucet with no issues. The part arrived and it did NOT fit. Not even close. I contacted your customer service group and they told me all sales of this nature were final and no returns or refunds would be made. Since your tech group told me this handle would fit and I purchased it based on their recommendation I am very displeased with this transaction. If your tech people made a mistake the customer should be the one to pay for it!
