Hi, so first I went throught the local hardware and found a handle that was ok but requires you to hold it down. This is the kids bathroom so the correct handle was sought from Kohler on line. That was sent and not correct. They referred me to you. After a no response to my email with photos attached. I called and the represetative was very nice. A handle was received and it too was not correct. I have sent more photos 2x now and still not response from you other than this survey. Please try again. I am no longer a fan of anything Kohler.
