Deceptive
Deception is when you order a product, pay for it and then call back weeks later to check on status and find out that you can’t get it unless you pay another $65 for creating. I think that’s unfair. Then when you receive the product you find out the crating is nothing more than a cardboard box with a couple of pieces of bubble wrap. I sent an inquiry, as to the $65 cardboard box , to Chicago faucet customer service with pictures and I have never heard anything back from them.
