Spoke to customer service by phone and confirmed that the part I needed was in stock. I ordered the part online, it arrived a few days later and WRONG PARTS in package. Tech support (only corresponds by email) could not verify if they had the correct part in stock. They asked for a photo of the old part to verify if they had the part in stock. Attempted 4 times to verify the correct part. Decided I had wasted enough time, I returned for a refund. Now they are going to charge a RESTOCKING FEE? It's not that I changed my mind, they sent the wrong part! A "family run" business that makes it very difficult to feel like family! Tip for consumers: Shop elsewhere- a slightly higher price elsewhere is with it!

Cartridge arrived quickly and seemed to be an exact match to the one inside this 20+ year old faucet. No more leaks around faucet handle. Glad part was available as replacing entire faucet with same brand and style looked to be over $500 from internet suppliers.

The cartridge i purchased and you sent was incorrect. After several emails and pictures with your customer service department, we are on different waves. I wish you could physically see the issue. I believe there was a deaign change from metal to plastic and the plastic is a little larger so the faucet handle will not fit. The faucet is 20 years old. I asked about refunds but heard crickets. I guess i lost $60.00 and i will not purchase from you again.
