Excellant service! FedX said they delivered it, but we never got it. Called FedX, liked a claim but just got a letter it was denied. In the meantime, I called Chicago Faucet and they sent put another order. FedX delivered it and we did get it, after Chicago Faucet sent out the second order! A special thanks to Chicago Faucet for sending it out again, despite FedX's mistake!!!

Moen has a lifetime guarantee. After trying to reach Moen via phone on a Tuesday, the automated message said that I could schedule a call back from customer service on Thursday, Friday or the following Tuesday. The automated message also said if I was checking on the status of an order, allow 10 business days before calling. This being unacceptable, I ordered the O-ring and cartridge kit late Thursday from Chicago Faucet Shoppe and had them Sunday. Both parts were as advertised and installed easily. My first time dealing with Chicago Faucet Shoppe and I was very impressed. Customer Service was good and order was received promptly and accurately. Will be using Chicago Faucet Shoppe for my future needs! Thanks!

It is a set of O-rings....not very sexy. But, the customer service was truly excellent. He helped me get the correct part, then he double-checked to make sure these o-rings would fit the exact Moen Faucet cartridge and faucet I have. It is the exact part, fits great, works great. I will order from Chicago Faucet Shoppe again.
