After a major remodel 10 years ago, one of our shower concealed faucet valves began to slowly leak through and drip. Although the replacement cartridge was once a common part - found even at Lowes and Home Depot, styles change, and I couldn't find one anywhere. Chicago Faucet showed it on their website, and I ordered two (we have three such valves.) Sadly, after I placed my order, I quickly received a note from the store that this part was on back-order, and it was due in about 4 weeks. Now the good part: I had two in my hand in about 2 weeks!! Replaced the old one, and my wife is happy now! Thank you Chicago Faucet Shoppe for the quick notification of the delay, and for beating the estimate by 2 weeks! Will definitely recommend these folks to others who find themselves in a similar predicament!
