Not sure why Chicago Faucet Shoppe would ask me for a review after I received such poor customer service but here it is. After returning a part they agreed to accept, after deducting the 20% restocking fee, they told me they couldn't issue any credit because the part had been used. Which was true...I had attached the new faucet wand to see if it would leak and discovered the new wand did not fit into the faucet base. I returned it as instructed and was told the wand had been used (water was in it) and no credit would be issued. They now have my $80.00 and the wand I returned. Buyer beware....
