Easy to order, price Price Pfister part was 3 dollars cheaper than HomeDepot off brand! Just make sure you read the website completely. I didn't and didn't realize they might not have part in stock at the time you order, all you have to do is call them to make sure. No biggie for me, I didn't need the parts I ordered right a way they said 3-5 days if available, I got mine in 10. Again, no big deal!
