I was not sure what part I needed (turns out I wasn't even sure what faucet I had) but they patiently worked with me to figure out the correct replacement part over a series of emails. Would use again.

I was upset that the advertised and listed faucet was not available at all. You cancelled the order but charged me $25 anyway. I had to purchase another faucet from someone else. I would like the $25 refunded.
