REPLACEMENT FOR 45888 CARTRIDGE 3/4" CARBODUR 1/4 TURN R/CLOSE

I ordered two of these. I received one correct item, and one similar but incorrect item. It took a phone call and three emails to sort it out, but they eventually sent a replacement item. The cartridges themselves get 5 stars, work perfectly.

Correct description and worked as it should

Chicago Faucet solved the dilemma of getting a replacement cartridge for our Grohe shower supply valves. They were the only site that clearly stated that the original part was no longer available and provided information for the correct replacement. Their price was reasonable and they shipped from stock, so I received the part in a few days. The part is high quality and completely equivalent to the original. Grohe has been back ordered on this particular cartridge for a while so I ordered through Chicago Faucets. I'm a general contractor and I was Leary of using another vendor. Anyway, I have no regrets. It fit smoothly and works great. I'll be using you more in the future.
