Timing
Ordered 2 separate parts online in December. I just received my order in late April. The website did not say item was out of stock or back ordered. They allowed me to purchase both out of stock items without any ETA. No email updates. Will never purchase from this company again.

Took a little time to remove the handle attachment from the cartridge, but works great. Thank you also to the excellent customer service.
