Replacement hose
Beware using this vendor!!!!!!!!!! Our replacement hose for our Rohl Italian Country Kitchen faucet came with parts missing. Called them and they admitted they were at fault. Required an email from me detailing problem with order. No response via email. So I called their 800# and now they aren't taking phone calls. I had mentioned that this hose is leaking into custom cabinetry and apparently they can't be bothered to correct botched order. Wish I could give them ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!
