We would never use your company again. Your employe allowed me to Pay for two day shipping without notifying me it take 2-3 days to process order. So two day shipping turned in 7 days for an item that says under one lb. I was also very specific on the fact I needed the item in the two day time and I was told it would arrive on Friday when the order was placed on a Tuesday afternoon. I was offered a $10 store credit instead of refunding me the $40 dollars I paid for shipping.
