My plumber was unable to find the damaged part for my faucet. I sent a photo to CF and they immediately responded with two options. I followed up with a phone call, which was answered by a real person!! Part was in stock, sent and arrived ahead of schedule. I don’t usual leave reviews, but CF’s customer service should be recognized. An extra thank you to the CS representative that contacted me to verify my address that I had entered incorrectly.
