I had a leaking Sigma faucet at home but couldn't get the old cartridge out and was afraid to break it without a replacement handy. I searched the internet for help and came across the Chicago Faucet Shoppe. I explained my situation to customer service and they asked me to send them a picture of the cartridge even though I couldn't get it out. Within a day they got back to me with the cartridge I need to order. I received it in 2 days and fixed my faucet. I was really impressed from start to finish and I would definitely recommend them.

No problems at all. Cartridge fit perfectly and were back in business.
