Chicago Faucet Shoppe was very cooperative. I was able to locate the required part easily on the website. I requested confirmation that the part was in stock and received an affirmative reply the same day. I entered the order and received message that product was shipped (no additional charge) and received it 2 days later. Oh yes, also it was the lowest price listed by online sellers and local supply houses!

virtually impossible to return a product, customer support said they will call me back with details but never did. email contacts are impossible to load, no simple explanation on how to do it. will never use this company again just another shady company trying to rip people off.
