Was not informed of when to expect part
No problems with the part I received. Would have liked to be informed that it was going to take a while to get it. Also, Chicago Faucet Shoppe's high restocking charge is something you want to consider before ordering.

I ordered SIG-18.30.195 Sigma 18.30.195 Volume Control Cartridge. Order number 332512 on 11/13/2020. Still haven't received it and it is now 1/21/2021. Not very happy about this.
