The Good: The phone operators were excellent. The Not So Good: When placing my order it would have been nice to know that the Symmons W-600 Laundry-Mate was not in stock or a stocked item. I placed my order on 3/11, it didn't ship until 3/31. I called a few times asking if the Laundry Mate had shipped and it was only on the last call that I was told it was not in stock and had to be ordered directly from Symmons to Chicago Faucet Shoppe and then shipped to me.
