Got the items in a timely manner

Our shower stopped delivering hot water and we’d been taking ‘warm’ showers for over a year. I finally pulled it apart and discovered the mixing valve was bound. Chicago Faucet was one of a small handful of places that had the correct replacement. Finding and ordering was easy. Shipped within days. Hot showers all around. It feels like a new house. These guys are great!

We have 2 Kallista shower valves and they have never worked right. I suspect our plumber did something wrong when he installed them or their design was just bad. We managed to get them to provide a reasonable temperature, but moving them did nothing - so fixed. Lived with that for 15 years and finally with COVID thought to try to fix them. Found this part with help of Chicago's support folks and it installed pretty easily and just worked as I had always dreamed it should. Nice to finally, after 15 years, having adjustable temperature!
