Took over a month to receive the product, with extremely expensive shipping ($30 for basic, low-prority shipping of an item that weighs a couple of pounds and came in a 10x5x5 inch box, roughly). The website said nothing about the item being on back order, and I received no communication as such from the seller by phone or email. I had to call in after the order was in "Ready to Ship" status for two weeks to find out it was on back order. Minus one star. The product itself works great and installed easily.Please note the relief outlet requires a 3/8 inch OD pipe. Even in Watt's own website states the incorrect size.
