I had a very positive experience. The people i spoke with by phone were friendly and helpful. The person in the store who gave me the part i ordered also was friendly, cheerful and helpful. The shop had a good inventory, carried a part i needed but didn't expect to find.

The nozzel by itself works well however the plugs that hold the lever popped out under water pressure. I had to glue them in to stay
