The product itself is good. No problem. What is NOT good is that they advertise a product that they don't actually have in stock. That's why the rating is low. Yep, they wait for you to order it, then they order it from somewhere else. So instead of the advertised "shipping time" that you think it will take to get the item, you instead have to add a WHOLE LOT of extra time while they wait to get the product themselves.
