Slow and not able to cancel
After waiting 3 weeks for a spigot part and not hearing that it even shipped I called. I was told it was coming from California and to wait another week. I wanted to cancel my order at that point and was told I could not do that. Part was as advertised when it arrived a week or two after I called.
