I tried contacting Arrowhead faucets myself and did not meet with much success. I tried to figure out as best I could what I needed but contacted Chicago Faucet to make sure it was the correct faucet stem. They reached out to Arrowhead and confirmed the part was correct. Faucet is now good as new.
