Not a plumber I relayed on American Standard to identify and give me toilet numbers and I used that to make a purchase with you folks. I entered the correct numbers and it identified a ONE BUTTON item so I ordered it. You folks sent the wrong item and gave me a difficult time and said I had to pay shipping BACK and RESTOCKING FEE. No way to treat a customer. So I will not send it back but have told a few people and plumbers I know of my very bad experience with your company and I would never recommend your company to anyone.
