Called in to confirm the product was actually in stock and the customer service agent was very responsive and helpful so I ordered it online. Shipping cost was ok and delivery was reasonable. Problem was with the product itself which should have included 2 pieces, one short behind the hinge and one long across the door. Only the long piece was received and it was too short to have been cut for two parts
