We had purchased an American Standard Axis 38 shower unit to add to our new bathroom. The plumber (with 13 years experience) had never seen, let alone installed an item like this. So after guessing, he completely destroyed the door gaskets by cutting them off short. Chicago Faucet not only had the exact set of gaskets, they were close to $15. lower in price and had the item in my hands within 3 days. Now I'm able to be squeaky clean. :)
