Parts came in before the expected time! Customer was thrilled!!

Happy to have my older toilet fixed, instead of buying a new one

We needed to replace a trip lever on our Standard Toilet, but ST did not have the part available. After searching the web, I found it at Chicago Faucet Shoppe at the lowest price I had seen anywhere. My only complaint is that I wasn't informed at the time the order was placed that it would be on back order and there would be a delay. After waiting about 10 days I called to see what was going on, and that's when I was told that they were waiting for it to be shipped to them. I would have ordered the part no matter what, but there should be a way that they can tell their customers there will be a delay at the time the order is placed. The part was exactly what we needed, and the price was excellent. I would use this company again if needed.
