There was nothing on the page that indicated "in stock". So a week after I ordered a part I critically needed, I called and asked where it was. They said they ship when they get it. The person who talked to me was discourteous and short when I asked more questions. It finally arrived nearly 3 weeks later, despite having shipping options of 1, 2 or 3-5 days.
