I ordered this small and hard-to-get part in June. There was no news for a long time. My inquiries every few weeks were met with polite and encouraging responses. Finally in early September someone called me to say that shipping had been delayed until September 23. It was finally delivered on October 9. In the long run Chicago Faucet Shoppe did come through with something that was impossible to even order anywhere else, thus saving me the cost of replacing an expensive faucet so I am happy.
