I called customer service before I placed an order online. They were very courteous and professional; answered all my questions and gave me an estimated lead time for shipping of 7 - 10 days. I then placed the order online a day or two later. The estimated lead time expired and I called to check the status of the order. The representative I spoke to was very professional and informed me that there seemed to be some irregularities with my order and it may be 7 more days before my order shipped. He obviously followed up, because they found my order and it shipped that day. I understand that things happen, but its nice to deal with people who genuinely seem to care and go the extra mile, even for a small order.

Took over a month to receive the product. Brick and mortar store is 30 minutes away - item routed to California. I asked for a refund on shipping thinking they would understand my frustration and do the right thing - but they didn’t. It’s unfortunate to lose a customer over shipping cost.
