I purchase a faucet spray head from Chicago Faucet Shoppe and the rep who handled my order was kind and courteous. The part was delivered in good shape and was the correct item. The only reason I didn't give a 5-star rating is because the rep said the part was in stock, yet it took 6 days for it to ship. That being said, I would order parts and equipment from them again in the future.
