I had the pleasure of meeting Octavia, a truly wonderful Puerto Rican who helped me immensely in finding a flexible hose for my Lady Lux kitchen faucet . She went above and beyond ??to ensure that I wasn’t without a sink for too long. I am truly grateful to Chicago Faucet, and especially to Octavia—she is so kind and caring! CFS was the only place I could find an out-of-production supply hose for a Grohe faucet. Delivery was fast.

Chicago Faucet had a replacement for a discontinued Grohe hose and shipped it promptly. I would definitely buy from them again.

I needed a flexible replacement hose for my Grohe Ladylux faucet. Grohe said that they could get a replacement be early October. I called the Chicago Faucet Shoppe and they delivered it to me on 3 days. I am a very happy customer.

To repeat what the other reviewer said, this part worked perfectly with our kitchen Lady Lux faucet. Grohe no longer makes the part, so we are very grateful to Chicago faucet for making it available. It installed easily and we have water again in our kitchen sink :)
